8 Ball - Big, Bold & Ballsy
One of our earliest recipes, we wanted to push this big IPA all the way. So we packed it full of Rye and dry hopped it for days with American hops, using old pool balls to weigh the hop sack down in the beer. Hence the name.

Go ahead and sink a few, be rude not to really.

Pours a hazy lightish chestnut. Fruity hop aroma. Bitterness is mild but present.

On tap at dukes a good beer better than I thought nice amber in colour and a little fruity aroma smooth bitter taste running through it very slight bitter finish

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry foresty, pine needles, bark, rubber, moss, soil, lawn, hops, leafs, rye bread. Taste is slighty harsh foresty, bark, pine needles, soil, moss, hops, soap, leafs, lawn, light malts. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry harsh mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Hazy amber color, big creamy tan head. Peach nose, melon, resin, citrus, grapefruit in particular. Resin and citrus taste, sweet, rich malty, bitter finish. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, creamy mouthfeel.

Buonissima! IPA american style ambrata con schiuma molto densa ed aderente. Al naso spuntano note resinose di luppolo fresco. In bocca perfettamente bilanciata tra maltosità caramellosa e amaro intenso del luppolo, risultando molto beverina e gradevole. Il sapore riporta caramello, resina e frutta tropicale tutto molto equilibrato. Persistenza di media lunghezza nel palato e finale persistente ma non invadente.

På fat bishops arms örebro. Glödande mörkorange färg. Maltig smått rå doft med viss fruktighet. Kraftfull maltig och humlig smak. Lite blöt kartong. Bra beska och bitterhet.

Can from Vinmonopolet’s BU. Hazy orange. Big and frothy, slight orange, but mostly white head. Grapefruit, pine, citrus and alcohol nose. Lemon, citrus, grapefruit and pine flavour. Quite bitter. Medium to light body and carbonation. Refreshing!

Un’ottima IPA. Dal colore arancio carico, con schiuma abbondante e fine, bianca e persistente. Al naso sentori citrici accompagnano le note più pronunciate di ananas e vaniglia (forse il sorachi ace è usato in dry hopping). Al palato si avvertono ancora note agrumate, il corpo rotondo e convincente è abbastanza dolce, buona carbonazione. Bevuta secca e amara con sentori erbacei e resinosi. Finale prolungato ma non troppo

Clear reddish amber with a large creamy off-white head. Aroma is grassy, pine, citrus, leek and light caramel. Taste is soft grassy bitter with notes of leeks and pine, medium sweet toffee. Finish is soft with light bitterness and sweet biscuits. Medium bodied, soft small bubble carbonation.
