Cask sampled at ACAT 2015. Slightly hazy dark brown with minimal head head or lace. Aroma and taste is big piney hops over slight roast malt. Clean and easy, but nothing too memorable.

Kind of hazy brown color. Thin off-white head. Nice satisfying pleasant earthy spicy hop aroma, I love that in black IPA. Some dark chocolate, just a hint. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. Light dry. Light to moderate sweet taste, moderate bitter. Tasty, unique black IPA. Pleasant spiciness to it, though a touch yeasty.

27/I/15 - 33cl bottle @ home - BB: 1/I/15 (2015-116) Thanks to jc1762 for the bottle!

Little cloudy dark brown beer, huge creamy beige head, very stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of forest fruits when smelling the bottle, in the glass it’s more exotic fruits, malty, sweet, caramel, very pungent! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: some citrus, very hoppy, bit sweet, caramel, some exotic fruits, soft roastedness. Aftertaste: resinous, little dusty, pretty hoppy, citrus, some exotic fruits.

So, CaN of dark brown black .. Acrid roast and burnt hop sadness .. Ruddy and muddled .. I don’t like this, I hurts my feelings and frankly, I’m not ok with that. .. Johnny depp got fucked over

Dark, dark brown with small mocha head that recedes to a film. Magnificent aroma - strong toffee, resin, pine, some citrus, licorice. The taste comes fairly close to living up to the aroma too. Sweet molasses, rye bread, lots of resin and pine, a little charred meat. Medium bodied and oily. Really good.

number 1200. Frothy head with a darker brown colour. big hoppy pine cones with resin, caramel and light roasty aroma. More of the same hoppy notes with resinous texture and a bit of toasty bitterness on the finish. Big, enjoyable. Very pleasing to taste.
