This Stout has a load of late hop additions to bring that zest and poke to the nose. Beautiful delicate coffee and chocolate notes lie in the smooth character of the malts.

Bottle from sourced market, large sample. Dark color, small brown head. Aroma of chocolate, cookie, biscuit, hint of roast. Medium sweet in taste, bit bitter. Just 5.6%, but so much flavor. This reminder me a bit of the kernel impy brown, which is one of my all time faves. Wow, great beer this one!

I thought Iíd misquote Ram Jam but thatís too obvious. Instead this will suffice... íSo drag me down to the ocean floor, cause I donít want to fight no more, Against these tides pulling from all sides, Iím never going back to shore.í Deep man. Heavy soul. Black Yeti needs to be a little deeper and a little heavier, but itís sufficiently dark and luxurious nevertheless.
