Clear medium to dark yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light caramel, moderate yeasty, herbs - vegetables. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fresh herbs - vegetables, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Backlog rating. Keg at Craft Clerkenwell, London. It pours a bright golden color with a medium off-white head. Aroma if estery and fruity, with notes of citrus, grapefruit and violets. Taste is mild sweet mild dry with grains, grassy hops, grapefruit, light yeast spiciness. Medium bodied with good carbonation.

On tap at Tap East, Stratford, half pint. Just a tiny bubbly ring to the rim of the surface. Citric aroma, hints of lemon and peach. Fresh fruit hoppy flavours with notes lemon and peach. Fruity ending. Nice and smooth on the swallow. Refreshing(London 27.09.2014).

Keg at Beavertown brewery tap, Tottenham, London. A golden/straw coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Fruity, yeasty, lemon aroma. Tastes fruity, yeasty, lemon, grapefruit, bready with a slight sweetness. Lovely saison.

RBESG pt 19. Craft Clerkenwell. Grandish Tasting. Keg. Lightly hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is crisp and semi dry. Minerals. Light orange, little floralness. Touch of lemon zest. Finishes airy and semi dry. Not bad, refreshing!
