Pours a slightly hazy amber/golden yellow with a large bubbly head which disapated slowly. Aromas are bread, malty, citrus, flowers, evergreen, orange. Flavour is a strong bitterness which is long lasting with almost no sweetness.

Bottle, 33 cl at Indian cafe Dishoom, St Martins Lane, Covent Garden in London. Unclear golden with a white head, good retention and nice lacings. Wonderful aromatic nose, with sweetish light bready malty notes and a fruitbowl of citrusy hops and piney accents. Flavor is straight forward American IPA- style, fruity almost zesty, creamy mouthfeel, with a heavy bitter finish perfectly fit for the luscious Indian food served at this cafe.
