Bottle shared at Bruce’s in London - many thanks to Josh. Pours dark brown with a frothy brown head. Good dark malt nose, some dirt, roasted coffee, burnt cocoa. Medium sweet flavor, plenty of bittersweet chocolate, coffee grounds, bitter earth, toast. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, plenty of bitter earth, coffee, baking cocoa, restrained booziness. Lingering baking cocoa. Great beer overall.

Bottle. Pours thick black with a large dark brown good lacing head. Interesting nose, some peated smoke and vanilla? Full body, soft carbonation, medium sweet and thick texture, but the acidity lifts it. Roasted malt, light peated smoke, charcoal, chocolate, vanilla, light alcohol, light salty. Long finish with vanilla and and roasted malt. Interesting and unique creation. I like the Beavertown labels also. Death to Videodrome, long live Beavertown!
