COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This vividly flavoured stout is a great example, with powerful piny hoppy notes melding with chocolate and oozy brown malt and wafts of tropical fruit on the aroma.

Svart med lavt skum. Aroma av kaffe og humle. Smaken er som aromaen. Tynn/medium konsistens.

Can from Mane Liquor. Damn impressed with this one. Super hoppy and bitter and pine driven stuff without forgoing on mouth feel and heavy roast of a good quality stout. Super ashy and burnt almost which works in this but has that underlying vanilla sweetness to give it something extra. Incredible beer

Really good stout , with loads of fresh hops in the aroma, but a full on stout flavour.

Can from Vinmonopolet’s BU. Pours very dark brown. Some tan to brown head. Coffee, smoke, chocolate, red fruiit, dried fruit, peach, citrus, toffee, malt, milk, hint of caramel, vanilla, grass and hay. Quite bitter. Some sweetness. Velvet mouth feel. Soft carbonation. Dry ending. Medium plus body. Feels more like an Imperial Porter than a Black IPA. Very good, I want more!

Nice roast aroma. Ditto taste. Good milky grains. Smooth palate, gentle carbonation. Finish has a gentle roast. A super stout. Some pleasant hopping too, which is always nice to see in a stout.

Can. Black with a cream, bubbly head. Aromas are nutty chocolate with gritty, earthy coffee and blackberries. Woody pine with pepper and burnt toffee. Flavours are roast coffee with pine and berries. Gritty cocoa with a nutty, dry finish. Very good.

Mørk brun tåkete med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter blomster, noe trevirke og mørke frukter. Medium bitter, brent karamell, kaffe og søtlig smak av kandissukker og mørke frukter. Medium kullsyre.

33cl. Can.
Pours black with tan head.
Aroma chocolate, coffee, roasted malts, pine, citrus.
Taste chocolate caramel sweets, piney roasty bitters.
Mouthfeel creamy.
Not sure this is a black IPA maybe I had an old can but it was more roasted malts than hops. Really good though.
