This vividly flavoured stout is a great example, with powerful piny hoppy notes melding with chocolate and oozy brown malt and wafts of tropical fruit on the aroma.

Tap @YNWA, Kolding. Pours deep opaque black with a small, staying creamy beige head. Aroma has sweet malts, light roasted, heavy citrus hops, resin, light chocolate. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has good malty sweetness, chocolate, light roasted, just a hint of vegetable, solid, lingering bitterness. Piney, citrus, grapefruit. Lovely black ipa.

Tap@brewdog hki. Black, tan top. Nice clean milkchocolately roasty nose. Med light bodied, sort of fluffy nice marshmallowy texture. Drinks easy, soft. Slight dry roasty finish, but pretty excellent overall.

Amazing can. Smells like a good stout with some hoppy notes. It tastes so well round, with roasted malts, chocolate and tropical fruits that pare well with them. It only packs 5,6% but is amazingly full in taste one of the best cascadian dark ales I ever had. ---Rated via Beer Buddy (iOs)

En rigtig god Stout. Fyldig og en god smag af lakrids og ikke mindst chokolade. En Stout der kan måle sig med de bedste.

From tap at Kafé België, Utrecht. Aroma of roast, fruity notes, citrus, cacao, piney hops. Flavour is moderate to medium roasty and hoppy bitter. Finish is rather dry. Body is medium, nicely creamy. Damn tasty.
