In mid 2013 the brewery altered their recipe for this beer, changing it from a bitter to a pale ale. (The RateBeer entry for the bitter is now retired.)

Can from Clapton Craft. Another amazing beer from Beavertown. Lovely hoppy aroma. Citrus fruit nose. Taste is grapefruitly bitter. Dry finish. Epic beer :)

Can, thanks SirLimpsalot. Almost clear golden with a white head. Mild with hay, some citrus and malt. Medium bitter and with a fairly light mouthfeel.

Aroma is fruity and grassy, grapefruits, passionfruits, lemon and white grapes. Taste is dry and an easy drinking character brings grapefruit, floral notes and some earthy notes. Good!

Extremely yellow misty colour that pours with a fine froff. The beer has an almost silent aroma which is fairly underwhelming. Grassy on the palate and a slight touch of citrus finish, I think passionfruit? However not overly prominent. Easy drinker for an IPA but I think if people want a sessionable IPA its gotta have more punch. However I always like a well hopped IPA. -More hops! Not bad, not brilliant, worth a try.

Can (Firmabier)
Yellow color, huge cloudy white head, lace (started clear, with the bottom part of the can, it was hazy). Grass and citrus in the nose. Light-bodied. Pine needle-resiny flavor with light pineapple fruity notes. A bit watery, easy going, simple summer drink. Kinda liked it anyhow.

draft. Pale yellow, aroma is resiny, pineapple. Body is medium to weak, nice lingering bitterness. Nice for the style.

Pours with a thick and rich head. Pure and clean taste, with a balanced hoppiness. A favourite among session IPAs.

Can. Big head on pouring. Hops at first followed by citrus. Quite powerful considering its relatively low strength. Left lots of lacing. Reasonably impressive.

Draught at Mikkeller Bangkok. Clear light golden yellow with a small white head. The aroma is surprisingly big with pine, grapefruit, zest. The body is light with good zesty flavours, peach, pine, and a dry finish. Good one.
