Bottle: Nose is peach, lemon sorbet, mango more like an IPA than a saison. Taste is floral, tropical fruits leading to a yeasty, hay like slightly pine finish. Mouthfeel is a little thin. A disjointed beer.

UPDATED: SEP 30, 2016 Can at home. Hazy straw yellow colour, medium white head. Nose is hoppy and sour. Taste is medium sourness, low earthly bitterness. Very bubbly and dry. Dissonant. Had better.

Pours unclear yellow , huge white head. Smell is full. Bit sweet. Grainy. Some saison yeast. Taste is bit bitter. Refreshing. Yet ends rather sweet. Even a bit sticky. Some grains, not bad. But not really a saison. And not that convinving overall.

Slightly sour, weak, one dimensional. Ok I understand there's a limit to what you can do with a bear that's only 4.1% but it's pretty lame. It's not a horrible sour, doesn't have enough character for that, but it's not a pleasant drink. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Yellow colored, unclear, small+ white head. Aroma is fruity, spicy, lemony, hay, some yeast. Taste is medium- sweet malt, spicy and fruity notes, some yeast, bit hay and lemony, medium- spicy bitterness, dry finish. Medium to light bodied, average carbonation, watery. A bit too thin but refreshing in hot weather. (can, Who Cares Festival, Bevog Brewery)

On keg at 6 degrees north. Cloudy gold. Nose of funk, tropical fruit, granny Smith, soor plooms. Taste is refreshing, yeasty, light, not as tart as the aromas would suggest.

Pours a hazy yellow with a small head. Aroma of lemon, hops and a little spice. Taste is slightly bitter with the citrus. Ok beer I would have again but not sure I would seek it out.

Can. Golden yellowy coloured beer with a good head. The aroma is lemony and hopped, and the flavour is dry with plenty of citrus. Overall a nice citrusy hopped beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can. Pours pale straw colour. Aroma of yeast, lemon and light pepper. Taste is light sour, sweet and bitter with a gentle spiciness. Was described as a farmhouse pale rather than a saison on the can I had which I think is fair enough.
