Tap at Ginger Man. Amber coloured beer. Aroma is a little bit herbal and lightly malty. A kiss of caramel and some light fruitiness as well. Flavour is a little bit muted and kind of indistinct. It’s a little bit herbal, but there’s nothing really interesting going on in here.

Tap at OTH. Glad to see Tony getting more of these rare Italian gems. Pours hazy orange with white head that becaomes flat very quickly. Aroma hoppy and malty, aroma gains in nutty notes as it warms up and has the characteristic Italian signature of chestnut. Taste, malty with some nice seasonal spices, fruity with the alcohol being present. Has a lingering astringent aftertaste that remains fruity - orange strong apricot - with light nutty undertones.

On tap at Salone del Gusto 2008. Hazy copper, creamy yellowish head. Fruity and spicy aroma and flavours. Not too sweet. Very Christmassy.

Dark copper-coloured beer with a disparate head. Nose exploding with acetone, fuselalcohols and and an "afternose" of spoiled thick coffeemilk. Fusels dominate the taste again, DMS?, and corn-like flavours. Very burning MF, fusels and alcohols giving a fiery experience. This is pure poison, IMO.

Cloudy dark amber color. Aroma of malt, and some unpleasant vegetables. Good body strength, malty, bitter, a bit spicy, but again the vegetables. Not the worst from this brewery, but still…
