Draught@GBBF2009. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is alcohol, strong bready malts along with some slight fruityness. Flavour is malty, bready and also has some slight alcohol in it. Quite balanced though. Pleasant.

Hazy amber. Herbal aroma with light malts. Very spicy, hoppy example with a fresh, fruity character...very un-bock-like. Long bitterness, good yeast and carbonation. The malts are chewy and rich. Fun, but dangerous beer. It drinks very easy for a strong bock and the hops make it quite appetizing.

On tap at GBBF 2009. One of the joys of this festival is getting to try different German beers on tap. Orange haze colour. Lasting beige head. Pretty good. Yes a little heat from alcohol. But it doesn’t go over the top. Never sticky. Good bock. Lovely and drinkable.

Cask Stillage at the GBBF, Earl’s Court 07/08/2009 Big pale malt aroma. Golden coloured and a little rich with some alcohol present. Some dryness and bitterness in a crisp lasting malt finish.
