| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 22, 2009 Hazy amber. Herbal aroma with light malts. Very spicy, hoppy example with a fresh, fruity character...very un-bock-like. Long bitterness, good yeast and carbonation. The malts are chewy and rich. Fun, but dangerous beer. It drinks very easy for a strong bock and the hops make it quite appetizing. harrisoni (6947), Ashford, Kent, England

One of the joys of this festival is getting to try different German beers on tap. Orange haze colour. Lasting beige head. Pretty good. Yes a little heat from alcohol. But it doesn’t go over the top. Never sticky. Good bock. Lovely and drinkable. DJMonarch (6941), Northwich, Cheshire, England
