Bottle. Golden and clear. Starts off quite average then a wondeful subtle fruitiness develops that really makes this one stand out. Way above average with a complexity of taste that surprised me.

on tap. bella hell con un delicato profumo di malto. in bocca ha un ottimo equilibrio tra malti e luppoli un corpo fantastico. beverina ed equilibrata

si presenta con una bellisima testa di schiuma compatta e persistente. decisamente amarognola all’inizio ma forse un pò troppo corta come sensazione al palato. Facile da bere,e soprattutto molto dissetante!!!!!

Draught in Trabelsdorf. Good yeasty aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Stable white head. Mild yeasty flavour, hint of white bread. Hint of fruit in the finish. Well-balanced and good.

draft at the brewery in trabelsdorf. clear gold. nose is hay, sweet lemon zest, mild/pale honey. full bodiy, super rich and filling in the mouth. creamy and growing on the palate. crisp, snappy, spiced honey. wonderful all around.

Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Golden, mid-sized firm white foam, deceptive, clean pale malty nose with very distinctive (Saaz?) hoppy traces; solid bitter-sweet flavour, soft MF, low carbonation; lingering hoppy aftertaste after a sweet and clean pale-malty finish. Reminds You a bit of a ripe cornfield on a hot summer day. Superb Helles !

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized, persistent foamy white head. Slightly sweet and grainy malt aroma with a touch of herbal hops in the background. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate, almost crispy carbonation. Strawy malty base with rounded herbal notes; dryish, bitter and slightly sweet finish with light to moderate herbal hops. Clean and pretty drinkable Helles.

Hoppy aroma, some malts. Clear yellow coloured, not much head. Herbal, hopbitter taste. Bitter,dry palate

Clear light yellow color, only foam on the side of the glass. Hoppy and herbal aroma. Bitter taste. Sharp palate, dry iron.
