(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a deep golden with floating impurities and a creamy, off-white head. Lovely floral hoppy nose. Quite full-bodied with lots of sweet malts but no bitterness. 290608

From tap at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà. Pours clear and golden orange with a dense off-white head. Aroma is light grainy to smooth barley note and with a light acidic touch. Mellow sweet initial flavour before a solid bitterness takes over. Goes into a rather dry and bitter finish.6-3-6-3-12=3.0

RBESG2008: 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a creamy off-white head. Smooth cornish and light bitter aroma. Flavour is mild sweet and cornish. Holds a nice level of hops to counter balance the sweet cornish finish.6-3-6-3-13=3.1

Bottled. Amber colour, rich head. Buttery, lightly malt aroma with "ur-bock-dusty" character. Sweet and very malty, very soft. Dusty hops mixes with fruity sweetness. the softness is so unbelievably perfect. The flavours are interesting, but not in the same league, and the sweetness is somewhat disturbing.

Draught at GBBF08. Cloudy chestnut colour. Stable creamy tan head. Mild flavour, slightly yeasty, slightly malty. Quite mild for ABV, but good. 7 3 7 3 15

Draught as Liesberger Zwickelbock. Amber colour, seems clear. Malty aroma, good bready mouthfeel. Medium bitterness, slightly rough, but pleasantly so. 6 3 6 3 14

Hazy amber - tawny colour. The aroma indicates a firm alcoholic bock with lots of caramel malts, light woodiness and a hint of fruit. Fairly fresh malt character, with quite a bit of alcoholic dryness.
