A Mes rate. Draught at GBBF.
Clean bright gold with a huge white head. Just a straight forward but rather adorable German lager. Yes, it’s slightly buttery. Yes it doesn’t do a great deal. Who cares, it’s a very good downable lager that was so refreshing in the middle of all the big / ott and not all enjoyable US beers we had to start the day with.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
Botted, thanks oh6gdx! Golden colour, firm head. Buttery outpower grassy hops oth in aroma and flavour. Sweet with restrained fruityness. Good amounts of buttery malt buids a body that seems more solid than anticipated for a 4.9% beer. Lies soft and pleasant in the mouth, finishing with fairly low bitterness.
