Borresteijn (4402) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - AUG 29, 2009
On tap at In de Wildeman. Hazy light yellow, white head. Aroma of banana, light sourness, wheat. Flavour is also banana, wheat and a nice crisp little sourness, very refreshing. Medium bodied. Good.

Dark cloudy tan. Wheaty, yeasty aroma. Wheaty, full-bodied weizen. Quite sweet. Ok balance but probably a bit too sweet for my tastes.

Beershine (5195) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - AUG 7, 2009
Bottle from brewery. Cloudy orange, with luscious off-white head. Clean esters include dried banana, a nice mild wheaty aroma. Smooth, clean, effortless palate. The weizen has a great sweet-dry balance. Just enough dried tropical fruit and enough acidity to dry out the finish and make it moreish. My kind of weizen.

fiulijn (13533) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 12, 2009
Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm
Cloudy blond color; creamy head. It has a mellow aroma of wheat, with banana and light paper. Sweetish wheat flavor, light, not spicy, a bit fruity, with very low bitterness; the body is quite weak, and it’s mostly evident at the end. Surely refreshing.

Miksu (4830) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - OCT 2, 2008
Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm. Hazy straw color with long lasting head. Sweetish and tart aroma with clove and pepper. Bready flavor with pepper, clove and grapefruit. Good easy weizen.

BeerBiker (1412) - Odense, DENMARK - AUG 16, 2008
[Bottle from Bamberg.] Haze dunkelyellow with big long beige head. Aroma of wheat and of the usually hefe-notes I must admit that there is not that much banana and bubblegum, which I find good. It’s more fresh of citrus and malty that average. Quite good.

Bottle 50cl @ Home.
Hazy light to medium yellow - grey color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, rubber - gum. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (090608)

pivnizub (8572) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - MAY 21, 2008
Bottle: Pale golden, small, but stable head; moderate yeasty-wheaty-fruity nose (nuts and vanilla ?); light bodied, a bit oily, light sweet-sourish flavour; light citrousy-sourish finish with a wheaty touch. Refreshing, but all in all a bit thin.........

From tap at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà. Pours hazy orange with 4 cm thick white head. Light caramelic malt aroma. Flavour is the same with a subdued estery wheat note. Mild wheaty note into the finish. Only a vague note of the yeasty banana flavours. Light yeasty and bitter finish. Somewhat a bland wheat.

stole some of issys bottle @ the london drinker. cloudy yellow with a distict floating sedimentation line under the head. Harrisoni pointed it out and i havent seen it quite that distinct before. fermented cereal in the nose, very yeasty. Lemon banana in taste. too fizzy for my liking.
