Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm. Cloudy straw coulour, creamy head. Citric banana aroma. Sweet with surprisingly full body. Cottony malt fills my mouth. Light clove and banana esters mix with spun sugar, but wheat malt still doiminates. The malt character is masterful, but I’d like to see some more esters.

Bottle from Bierzwerg. Aroma is yeasty. Flavour is sweet, lemon, yeast. Refreshing, but nothing extra.

Dark yellow colored with medium sized yellow head. Hazy appearance. Rich grainy-wheaty aroma with sweet banana, strong yeast here as well. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is also strongly yeasty with overly sweet banana. Too sweet. Maybe little bit too old.

500ml bottle. Hazy dark golden to copper colour with good lasting frothy white head. Fresh and slightly spicy lemon aroma. Perfect fizzy carbonation. Taste has a fresh lemon note, well balanced wheat malt that becomes almost creamy in the finish. Good!

Head is mostly lasting.
Body is dark yellow.
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (bread), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of banana taffy and Circus Peanuts candy.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter, slightly unclean.
Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Really weird, artificial smelling rendition. Not enjoyable.

Hazy, murky, orange-brown color, steady creamy off-white head. Banana and strong clove in the nose. Quite good body for 4.8% weizen. Flavor has toasted banana, clove, esters. Lots of flavor in this weizen. Nice.

Fruchtiger und hefiger Antrunk, süffig. Im Mittelteil süßer werdend, mit der Zeit auch etwas herber. Das Bier ist eindeutig auf Süffigkeit ausgelegt, herrlich spritzig, dafür ist das Bier aromenmäßig eher zurückhaltend, schlägt sich aber auch hier wacker und kann zumindest als Sommerbier punkten. Leichtes und spritziges Weissbier! 10/11/11/11/8/11

Standard cloudy yellow brown colour with an impressive, lasting frothy white head. Tom picks his glass up and says; "look at that monstrosity of a thing..." Personally, I think it looks rather nice. Tobacco, wheat and banana on the nose. Pleasant wheat and straw in the mouth, some tobacco again and a hint of estery fruit. Drinkable, unchallenging and enjoyable. What the fuck do I know?

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of HenrikSoegaard. Pours a cloudy opaque dark golden with a dense off-white head. Very sweet banana and yeast in the nose. Medium-bodied, sweet banana again, slightly spicy. Has a vague underlying tartness and ends dry. 240710

Bottle. 5.0 ABV at fanø Tasting 2010. Creamy white excellent fully lasting head. Yellow colour. light malty and moderate hoppy and heavy yeasty aroma. N ice citrus esters present. Light bitter flavor with nice fruity notes. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate. OK hefe.
