Presentation: It was poured from tap into a small tasting glass at the Becker Brewing Co. tasting room. Appearance: The body had a deep reddish amber color with good clarity and some visible carbonation. On top, the head starts off as a tall and soapy layer of suds. It quickly fades to just a wispy thin layer of tiny bubbles. Lacing is minimal. Smell: It has a modest overall aroma with some light roasted grain and sweet bready maltiness with some very light hops way off in the distance. Taste/Palate: There is an easy medium body with a lightly sweet malty character. It shows some light roasted and caramel notes that are lightly balanced with modest nondescript hop flavor and mild bitterness. Its texture and carbonation are light and easy to drink. Notes: Well, this was a nice very drinkable beer and that’s about it. I would drink it again but I wouldn’t go out of my way to get it.

Draft. Pours amber with an off white head. Toasty sweet malty aroma with a hint of hops. The flavor has sweet caramel malts, a toasty hint, and some light hops in the finish. Not bad.
