What this brew lacks in alcohol it certainly makes up for in flavor. This malt beverage (less than 0.5% alcohol by volume) boasts a full, rich, thick head, light amber color and balanced bitterness.

Bottle. Pours a very pale straw yellow body, about as close to clear as I’ve seen from any ’beer’. Frothy and lofty bright white head that had excellent retention. It actually looks pretty decent. The nose isn’t all that different from the standard Beck’s, there’s a little grassiness and green bottle Euro Lager skunkiness. There is a bit of a dry lightly toasted note as well. This actually smells pretty decent as well. The flavor is quite a bit off from the regular version however, it’s overly sweet and worty with minimal to no hop bitterness making it past the sweetness. None of the usual green bottle skunkiness that I would expect from the regular. Finishes very bland and slightly vegetal with a very short lived aftertaste, which I suppose is a good thing. Lighter bodied with a touch of clinginess on the finish. Fizzy spritzy carbonation. Probably one of the better N/A beers I’ve had, but still a poor substitute for real beer.

Bottle. Yellow beer with a slight haze and small head. Aroma of sweet corn. Taste is grain and a touch of hop. For a alcohol free beer this isn’t too bad.

UPDATED: APR 13, 2013 Bottle @ State Bar. Golden yellow colour, big foamy head. Unusual meaty vegetable aroma. Dry vegetable flavour. Bitter aftertaste. This is neither beer nor a nice drink.

12 fl oz / 355mL bottle into a pint glass. Aroma: Sweet corn and skunk. Slightly metallic. Appearance: Absolutely transparent yellow with a soapy white head that quickly dissipates into nothingness. Taste: Cereals. Metallic. Somewhat sweet? Palate: Exceptionally thin and watery. Overall: Not the worst NA I’ve ever had. Actually, this one might be up there with the better NA beers. As a beer though? Not very good at all.

Do you care what I write here? Maybe not, but maybe too. You probably don’t care what I write about the beer and you’re probably not wrong to not. Doesn’t that not make no sense?

Clear yellow brew that boasts some of the becks aroma but little else. No head, extremely thin texture and water like character and no flavour.

Very light straw colour, clear, thin white head
Aroma - Massive skunk, nothing else, smelt awful
Taste - Metal, very light corn malts, cardboard, rank, tastes shit
Palate - Very thin, bitter very metallic finish.
Overall - Total and utter garbage....£1.85 in Spoons? Cost 0p to piss in a glass and drink it - it’ll be better......
