I really enjoyed this brew more than I initially thought I would. Makes a nice addition to any end of the summer camping trip. Straight from the bottle, so not sure how dark this actually is, but its nice and malty.

It tastes like regular beck with very distinct dark malt taste. Has that standard German beer hall taste. Lovely

For a dunkel, this isn’t all that great...until you remember that this is a Beck’s beer. For a Beck’s, not bad. Light roastiness, weak body, and next to no aroma.

This isn’t a great beer, but I don’t mind having one from time to time.
