Location: 12 oz bottle at a friend’s house early-mid August 2010

Aroma: It basically smells like artifical lime juice, and...ya, that’s pretty much it
Appearance: Pours a clear pale yellow color with a slight green hue and no head
Flavor: It tastes rather sweet, not much else going on besides the lime/lemon/sugar
Palate: It is thin/watery, the carbonation is fairly soft, and its easy to drink if you like sweet drinks
Overall Impression: Honestly, I only had a little bit of this one, that was enough of it for me...
Not so much a beer as a fruity drink from a beer company. Did they create this stuff to compete with Smirnoff Ice? Is there going to be a trend of people "becking" each other at work soon by handing them a Becks Green Lemon and forcing them to chug it? I don’t know the answers to these questions, but they are the ones that this beer related product puts in my head, and since I don’t have much else to say about this stuff, I’ll stop here.

Bottle... had this "thing" at the bar Tv tower Berlin....It pours pale yellow with a very short white head.... The aroma is sweet and lemon/ lime....The flavor is sweet and lemon/ lime it is thin.....

Pale yellow clear body with white head. Aromas citrus, lime. Palate thin with medium carbonation and mouth feel. Aftertaste paper and medium short sweet citrusy finish.

Bottle at home. Light green, with no head. Lemon, lime,grain, malt. Very average radler. Quite bland.

Clear green-ish yellow with a white head that vanishes quickly. Sweet citrus aroma. Tastes like the Lime Crush sodapop I used to drink as a kid. This is not really beer... tho’ it would be refreshing on a stinky hot summer day.

Bottle. Pours a pale golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity citrus aroma. Fruity grainy sweetish citrus flavor. Has fruity grainy citrus finish.

Another bottle from Meininger’s stocked case of Beck’s products. By the looks of it, the clear glass holds a thinned version of ecto cooler. Nose is sweeeeet lime on top of ... lime. Thin, non bitter, but surprisingly not cloying taste, has a medium to full body with nice firm crispness and a touch of bready yeast toward the fade. Yes mom, I did enjoy my fruit drink! And I’d definitely have it again. Unfortunately, doesn’t win ’beer’ points.

Clear pale green with a diminishing white head. Aroma is sweet, lemon and sugary. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Light acidic finish. Watery. 220611

Wie schon beschrieben gibt es absolut keine Schaumbildung. Das ganze fängt durchschnittlich an und schmeckt zuerst wie ein stinknormales Radler aber Becks wäre nicht Becks, wenn jetzt nicht noch was käme. Ein sehr dumpfer, chemischer Geschmack entsteht. Der Nachgeschmack ist (leider) mittellang, geht aber im Vergleich zum Rest noch halbwes in Ordnung, wäre da nicht immer dieser dumpfe, chemische und trockene Geschmack. 330ml Bottle brought home from Germany - Skunky, there is a mild lemon aroma as the name would suggest but it’s not too strong. The smell of lime is more apparent & it is sweet. Pale green to yellow colour with a finger sized white, bubbly head that has plenty of carbonation. A lemon and lime tasting beer that is quite sweet & unappealing, almost sickening after a glass of the stuff. Definitely a lot of sugar in the mix as well and not very pleasant. Lots of fizz & carbonation, quite watery due to the lemonade in the mix & not all that smooth either. Not my style of beer at all & a pretty poor showing.
