The best of Germany meets the best of America in this brew. Crisp, refreshing and light, yet distinctly Beck’s in flavor and quality.

This beers taste can bvest be characterized by the taste on sour mayonaise. The smell is much more pleasant, reminiscent of the floor of a men's locker room. This fine brew is on par with terrible college beers for flavor, but way over priced. Its reassuring knowing germany has awful beers too.

Haven’t had for a while, but rememeber it well. Can’t help but laugh at the best of Germany meets best of America tag line. Is that supposed to be funny? Slightly skunked pee water is more like it. No redeeming qualities, except it came for free when i cashed my check :)

slight skunky aroma and taste Appearance was a bland uninspiring yellow Palate- carbonated with a light bodied feel Overall- I was completely blown away by how bad this was. I didn’t expect this beer to be that bad. I think it is in the same class as Coors Light

Beck’s Premier Light has a thick, white head, a clear, bubbly, straw appearance, and basically no lacing left on the glass. The aroma is of sweetness, bread, and cracker, with a touch of grass, and the flavor is of those elements, but at an extremely faded level. The mouthfeel is very light and watery, and Beck’s Premier Light finishes crisp, clean, dry, refreshing, easy drinking, and dull. RJT

I had this one several times for the first time. It is an enjoyable lager with mild spice and hop backing. You can taste the alcohol, so surprising that it is less than 4%. I would get again.

Minimal aroma and basic but active golden pour, simple taste and mouthfeel. Yes, I really just rated this... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Becks, but with more water. Not a clean finish. Your standard mainstream pale lager here ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Shockingly robust aroma and flavor for a light beer with only 64 calories. Classic German lager, in subdued amplitude: pale yellow color, austere hop flavor, slightly astringent, clean finish. After a hockey game, I reached into the cooler for the typical Lite by Miller/Bud Light, and chanced upon a Beck’s Light. My new post-game beer! Will definitely buy for the team in the future.

This is for the 64 calorie light. Tastes like Becks mixed with 70 percent water. Can't describe it any better ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: FEB 13, 2012 This light beer is just like the rest, very little taste, more like drinking water. Not good at all.

a beer fitting of a green bottle. Some skunkiness would be a blessing. Thin and watery. If given the choice, choose an Amstel instead....
