Reasonable enough and cheap. Light version of one of the more tolerable "main" european lagers. Fairly dry which is the main thing I like about becks.

Bottle from old backlog notes 07. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a smallwhite head. The aroma and flavor have corn, grainy malt, hay, a sslight herbal character. Only marginally better than US macro stuff.

I bought a six pack of this shit cause it was going cheap and knew it was a rate: A soulless low booze beer : I swilled three bottles in like five minutes and still got no buzz!

Bottle. Pours a pale clear yellow with a short lived head and zero lacing. Aroma is weak malty grain and a hint of skunk. Flavor is extremely light as one would expect with only 64 calories. Very easy drinking, but not much else to say about this one.

Backlog of ratings. Thanks to someone at one of bu11zeye’s tastings. The smell is skunky, florals, corn, and light. The look is clear, golden in color, and has a whitish head. The taste is weak, floral, and light.

Rated in 2010 (Backlog) - Pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is of heavy skunkiness, grain and cigarette butts. Taste is of grain.

The distinctive grainy malt aroma of Beck’s remains apparent, its weaker body is the noticeable change - it lacks flavour because of it. Pale yellow colour when it is out of its bottle.
