The bartender said this one seemed like an "odd batch" judging by the ratings it sounds like I got what everyone else here got. The beer pours a reddish brown with a big semi-loose head and some lace. The aroma is slightly malty with a little bit of butter character. The flavor is bitter and soapy, copper like and generally metallic. There are notes of rose water, apple and some herbal hoppiness. This is pretty poor.

Had on tap at the "brewpub." You can basically use one description for all of their beers - too light, pretty lame, and just not all that great.

Umm, hoppy is in their description, but not in the beer. This was more like a bitter than most ambers I ahve tried, but I guess it’s on the more malty end of bitters. The body was deep copper with a light khaki head. The aroma was bready with some almonds. The taste was very light grapefruit with bread crust.

On tap at the brewery. Brownish amber in color. White head. Slight diacyl off-flavor. No aroma. Hop flavor to the taste, but it is a bad hop bite that stands alone. A poor boring beer that is not smooth at all.
