Light straw color; Medium body; Aroma of grain, & cereal; Flavor of slight sweet malt, some hops, and grain; Decent enough I guess.

Bottle @ home picked up at Wilburs Fort Collins. Anheuser-Busch, American-made, German macro tick? FUCK YEAH. Pours a clear golden appearance with an off white head. Light veggie, slightly spicy, herbal/grassy hoppy aroma with a touch of fruits. Lemon, a touch tangy, somewhat bready malty, slightly strong flavor. Amped the ABV up a bit too much for my taste but drinkable and somewhat flavorful.

Smooth, sweet taste, but has a marshmallow after taste --very odd. The aftertaste almost coats your tongue.

16 oz. tallboy into a pilsner glass. A - Pours a crystal clear golden amber color. To be honest I wasn’t even sure what style of beer this was going to be but the color is thankfully a few shades darker than the straw yellow I was imagining it would pour. Two fingers of soapy bone white foam. Rising carbonation. S - Lots of cereal grain sweetness with a touch of grass. Pleasantly neutral. T - That cereal corn sweetness with a bit of bready malts and some grass and light floral elements. A tame but lasting corn like flavor that I usually associate with adjunct lagers. Very clean and a bit bland but very drinkable and dare I say, tasty? M - Light, crisp, and refreshing. O - Far from being a great pilsner, but the reviews do seem a bit biased against Becks. I actually wound up enjoying this beer and would not mind downing a sixer of these on a summer day.

nothing too impressive regarding aroma, clear, minimal head, medium sweetness, medium body, oily feel, soft carbonation, in a can overpriced, alcohol content hidden in taste

Pour from a 12oz bottle. Pale yellow brew with small white head. Head is very active and fizzles fast. Aroma of corn. Taste is sweet, corn and malt. Starts sweet and ends sweet. This beverage takes its name from "German Sapphire Hops" but I detect scant hops in the finish (or anywhere else for that matter.)

Damn. I thought this would at least be a dunkel or something. Nice deceptive bottle InBev. Bummer. Clear, extremely pale golden with a small whitish head. Aroma of grain and a little hint of citrus. It tastes like Frosted Flakes but with water instead of milk. Light bodied, low carbonation. For a mass-market pale lager is decent, but that’s not saying much.

Pours light gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing to coat surface. Caramel aromas. Soft with soapy caramel upfront turning metallic in the bready finish.

Clear golden pour with a short lived with head. The aroma is quite sweet and corny. Some sugar, a touch of metal, grass, and bread. A bit on the watery side, though. Grainy sweetness to the flavor. Corn, mild bread, water, and quite a bit of grass. Some metallic notes on the finish and minimal bitterness and hop flavor.

bottle. a bit too sweet, and fairly watery. at least the bottle is nice -- it seemed from the press release for this that they spent a lot more time designing the bottle than crafting the beer. could be a lot worse though.
