heemer77 (3789), Savannah, Missouri, USA Mar 11, 2008 The body was slightly hazy light copper. The aroma was glazed donuts roses. This was possibly influenced by the place, which had a strange sweet smell overall, and by the place, I mean the brewpub. The taste was light corn meal with some marischino cherries. There was also a little bread crust. Thiss was a decent light lager that bridges the gap between pale lagers and viennas. Kind of like Huber’s Fat Cat. Sledge Jr (2720), Omaha, Nebraska, USA Aug 2, 2005 On tap at the brewpub. Yellow beer with no head. The bubbles are not as ridiculously huge as in the Frog’s Leap Light. Again, a slight diacyl flavor. Overall, a better tasting beer than the Frog’s Leap with more of a tingle to the mouthfeel, but the diacyl mistake is discernable.
