Draft: another one of those lower abv macro beers created for the UK market, I consider this one to be made exclusively for binge drinking, very bland, boring & forgettable euro pale lager

Pale gold colour with thin white head. Bit of cardboard on aroma. Bit lifeless with some lemon flavour later

On tap somewhere in the Mail Box. There were bouncers on the door at 7 o’clock. The water looked nice, bit cold in the wind though.

Tasted 24/4/2013 "Bridge Bar & Eating House", Heathrow International Airport, UK. Poured a clear pale golden yellow with a one-finger white bubble head that diminished quickly and didn’t lace. Low carbonation as seen by a few large bubbles forming trails. Aroma slight malt and possibly faint citrus fruits. Taste semi-sweet initally but followed quickly by a sourish malt taste and no bitterness. Light body. Short slightly sour malt finish.

Frischer, leicht herber Antrunk. Geringe Würzigkeit, hell malzig, dann wieder eher herb. Wässriger Abgang. 8/8/9/7/10/8

Keine Ahnung was dieser Vier Trend soll. Das Ergebnis ist ein saft- und kraftloses Becks, dass regelrecht kastriert wurde.

Hey, if you were a hot dog, and you were starving, would you eat yourself?

I don’t know.

Don’t jerk me around, Norm, it’s a simple question. A baby could answer it. If you were a hot dog, and you were starving, would you eat yourself?

i guess so..

Oh, you made a wise choice, my friend.

UPDATED: MAR 26, 2013 A decent lager. What else can I say? Better than Heineken, Carlsberg and Carling. Probably not as good as Peroni and Kronenbourg.

Not the best pale lager I’ve tried. Too little aroma, but the palate and freshness and taste is ok. Kind of stinks of the law of purity...

44cl can. Pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. Lightly malty aroma with hints of corn and hops. Sweet and lightly grainy with a mild bitterness in the finish. Thin and slightly watery. Pretty standard pale lager, just with a little more bitterness. Pretty clean and easy to drink, but also easy to forget.
