375ml can brought over by my friend Bjorn! Nose is grainy, a grape note, and slightly sweet, kinda like Coors if I remmeber from having that available at my nephews. Clear gold, huge white head; flavor is grain and an ACTUAL bit of hop bitterness! Unusual in a pale lager. Looks like I am one of a very few (or only) US raters to try this! Wouldn’t be bad if I was working when it was 35 C outside and it was ice cold (what we in the US call a lawnmower beer)

Draft at Hotel bar, Marriott, London. Clear gold with a really nice, creamy, lasting head. Pale malts and grass, finishes fairly bitter. Not much going on here, but it is crisp and clean. Good for a hot day chugger.

Keg at Poundpub, Leek. A clear golden colour with a fizzy white head. Aroma of grain, cereal, subtle banana and a hint of grassy hops.
Taste of grain, cereal, subtle banana, a little metal and very subtle grassy hops. Light bodied and moderate carbonation. A short, grainy bitterness in the finish. Not a bad lager, just really boring. Surprisingly smooth though.

Can. Pours pale yellow with medium sized foamy white head, high carbonation, yeasty aroma, thin body, very little hops taste, abrupt finish. Not sure how it’s different from the regular Beck’s.
