Commercial Description:
Our original Beck's is a classic German lager beer with a distinctive full-bodied taste, fresh "hoppy" bouquet, golden color and full rich head. Adding to its complexity is a slightly fruity but firm crispness and a dry, clean finish.

Light straw color; Medium body; Aroma & flavor of hops, grain and some malt - hint of bitterness; For a macro lager this is really good; Yes, it’s a little light and bland (not much though) but that’s because it has to appeal to the masses; Definitely one of my stand-bys - we can’t always drink craft-brews.

I was recommended this beer by a frriend. Not the worst but very dry and bitter. No aroma. light yellow/gold color. also leaves to much of a not so pleasant after taste

Pours a weak yellow color. Flavor is not particularly good but tolerable. The only reason I even purchased it tonight was I walked past a display and couldn’t think of anything but "He stole it und now instead of Deutschland’s greatest beer we merely have fourth best behind Steinemarzen, Rottenburger, und... und... Und Beck’s? Ja und Beck’s"

50mL can, poured yellow into a pint mug. Medium-bodied, copper-flavoured, mild hops, dry finish. Hardly drinkable.
