COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our original Beck’s is a classic German lager beer with a distinctive full-bodied taste, fresh "hoppy" bouquet, golden color and full rich head. Adding to its complexity is a slightly fruity but firm crispness and a dry, clean finish.

Will not kill you but it’s a bad beer, even by German standards. Just as bad as Heineken.

Basically Heineken without as much punch (if you cna say heineken has a big punch). I bought it ’cause it was in a trendy lil keg that fit in my fridge. I drank it while eating lucky charms.

I ahd way better pilsners than this one. very light taste. Finishes bitter but again one of these beers which you only enjoy when they are ICE cold.

This is what I would call a ’safe’ beer. That means I would drink it if it was the only beer I knew in a cr*p bar. Can often be bitter, and varis a lot from one bottle to the next. Is much better out of the tap.

Gawd, not even Germans drnk this sh*t. That’s why it’s exported to the US, known as the land of people who don’t know a good beer. Skunky, bitter, looks OK but aargh.

This beer always (at least on the few times I forced myself to try it again) tastes skunky to me. It is crisp, but fouly pungent and unbalancedly bitter to an extreme extent.

Quite often I get skunky becks beer which puts a damper on it. If I get a good one in the batch then it is usually great and enjoyable. I try to stay away from it due to the fact that I get so many skunk-like beers.
