COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our original Beck’s is a classic German lager beer with a distinctive full-bodied taste, fresh "hoppy" bouquet, golden color and full rich head. Adding to its complexity is a slightly fruity but firm crispness and a dry, clean finish.

Pale yellow/light gold with a white head that mostly dissipated. Aroma is grain and a bit of corn. Light bodied, nothing particularly interesting on the palate. Very little flavour.

allmyvinyl (2145) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 29, 2013
Big bottle from Scotmid. Clear golden yellow, no head. Cooked corn, skunky, lemon aromas. Taste is a bit nasty and astringent, and metallic. Not good at all.

   AROMA 2/10   APPEARANCE 2/5   TASTE 3/10   PALATE 2/5   OVERALL 9/20
EtTuCthulhu (897) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - DEC 28, 2013
The appearance has a clear yellow color with a medium white head, and the subtle aroma is dough yeast, light malts, and a touch of skunkiness. The taste is slightly sour with not much else to it, and the palate fuses a light body, thin texture, soft carbonation, and an abrupt finish.
