j_b (735), Rochester, New York, USA Mar 8, 2008 Nothing special to look at. Has a very nice (standard german pils) aroma of hop filled fields. Palate has a nice honey and butter taste along with that familiar iron-tinged flavor of German-grown hops. Overall tastes like a standard German pils (which happens to be a style I enjoy).
tgncc (232), Bellmore, New York, USA Aug 28, 2008 Standard lager. The aroma is of malts, other adjuncts. The color is a yellow, slighly reddish copper color. The flavor is undistinguishable between this and a pale lager like Bud. The palate vanishes quickly, and is devoid of hops, or anything interesting. I’ddrink this if it was served at a BBQ or something, but that’s it. Borresteijn (509), Amstelveen, Netherlands Aug 28, 2008 Bottle. Golden pilsener, fresh hoppy taste, a bit sweet. Mostly dry and refreshing. MrAleman (33), guildford, Surrey, England Aug 24, 2008 Fairly solid feel to the flavour. Very mundane in overall taste, better than plenty of lagers but not breathtaking. fata2683 (86), APO, New York, USA Aug 22, 2008 Light lager beer. Nothing to set it apart from others. Fizzy and watery. Dry and lightly bitter finish. bluemooner (75), Rogers, Minnesota, USA Aug 20, 2008 Pours a nice golden hue with thin white head. Aroma is very skunky and unappealing. Tastes of grain and corn with very light hops and hints of citrus. Rather dry taste but quite drinkable. Personally not a fan of this beer: too much skunk flavor to it.
