Cask. I recorded this as being 5.5% ABV. Clear dark amber golden with a rough off-white head. Sweet aroma of cake spices. Medium body, sweet roasted malt and burned caramel. The finish has warming alcohol but no hops really. 200110

The major flavour to come out of this beer is toffee malt which dominates the bitterness and slight fruitiness. (Cask @ Liverpool Beer Festival)
