An unclear yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma has strong notes of coriander and yeast, but also some sulphur. The flavor is sweet wheaty with notes of spices and sulphur, leading to a dry wheaty end.

Dégustée en fût sur place. De couleur jaune et semi-voilée. Nez de levures fruitées (bananes, moyen d’agrumes), de blé avec des notes herbeuses et de pain ainsi que quelques traces épicées (clou de girofle). Moyenne-mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen-bas et une texture aux notes crémeuses. Goût de levures fruitées (bananes sucrées, agrumes sucrées) avec des petites notes épicées (clou de girofle) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût de blé aux faibles notes sûres et asséchantes ainsi qu’un léger goût de pain frais puis en finale l’on retrouve des notes herbeuses (herbes mouillées). Post-goût moyen et aux notes sèches, très légèrement amer de levures fruitées (pelures de bananes, zest d’agrumes) avec des notes de blé. (hiver 2006-07)

En fût chez Bedondaine. Couleur blonde pâle, brouillée. Arôme de levures et agrumes. En bouche la banane est très présente. Bonne dans le style.

2/05/2010. Bière blonde très pâle et voilé aves des arômes explosifs de banane et de blé. Quelques notes florales. En bouche, fruits tropicaux, blé, levure. Le liquide est de faible densité, la texture est fine et offre une finale assez fraîche.

@ pub, a well made hefe, nice banana nose their a touch of clove the balance of malt is well made .

On tap at brewpub. 5oz tasters. Hazy yellow. Aroma is faint bananas. A bit citrusy. Taste is yeast and bananas. Not really my thing.

en fût sur place, bière blonde trouble, mousse qui se dissipe rapidement, odeur de banane (banana ester) légère en bouche, tout est axé sur les bananes de la levure.

Enjoyed at Festival Bières et Saveurs 2008. Its L’Ange Gardien to be precise. A decent wheat beer though not compelling to the great hefe’s I have had. Very yellow with crowning white. Lace as expected. A sour wheat aroma, but it is a balanced beer and quaffable.

Nose is wheat, and spice, hazy yellow, small firm white head. Flavour opens with pleasing wheat, clove other spices and banana. Light bodied, refreshing and satisfying. Very nice.

Appearance :hazy gold with citric green hue , fine creamy top.
Aroma:Neat , aromatic with good depth wheat aroma , sweet citric with orange accents, sweet grainy bottom.
Flavour/Palate:Quiet smooth ,light but did not feel thin bodied. Sweet, grainy character. Subtle, quiet and gentle work. Light and drinkable with pleasant fruity finish,
