Drank on tap (12 oz) at the brewpub on March 30, 2013. Yellow misty white, small head. Slightly spicy wheat aroma, a little lemon. Sweet taste of ginger, spicy dry notes of wheat, aftertaste of lemon. It’s good for the summer!

(5 mars 2012)

In short: A generic but well made spicy (mostly coriander) witbier. Good.
How: Tap at brewpub.
The look: Cloudy yellow body topped by a small white head.
In long: Nose is wheaty, slightly lemony, typical witbier spiciness such as coriander and orange peels and others. Taste has a good amount of crisp wheat, dried light-color fruits, lemon juice without too much acidity, bananas, coriander, orange peels. Very refreshing beer without being a lightweight lemonade witbier. A good example of this type of beer that many sexist people (including myself) describe as “women beer”. Looks like I’m the one entering the first rating for this beer, first time I beat everybody else at something since I was a sperm.
