12 oz glass on tap. Copper colored beer with lacey white head. Aroma of fresh english hops, some caramel, some piney aromas in there as well. Taste is very bitter, well balanced malts, a hint of alcohol in the finish. A good IPA, that could have used a bit more aromatic hops/less bittering.

On tap, at the brewery. Pours cooperish, nice whitehead. A bit disappointed by the nose : hoppy, but not that much, and that’s really all there is. Quite malty in the mouth though. Perfect carbonation (for me, anyways). Hops are more floral than anything, but some traces of yeast. Better than the aroma suggests.

Drank on tap (20 oz) at their brewpub on June 13, 2010. Amber caramel, small head. Cereal aroma hops, well malted. Very bitter taste of hops, pure malt barley, bitterness is very present. This is good but it should make an American version!

10.04.18 : Draft @ pub dark copper. Aroma : grapefruit and grapefruit a bit citrusy. Nice clean bitterness finish is medium long and bitter, You truly feel the hop resin it’s almost chewy. Nice addition to an already exciting beer menu.

In short: A clean medium-dry medium-bitter fruity IPA. Very nice
How: Tap at brewpub
The look: Clear amber body topped by a small beige head
In long: Nose is full of fresh leafy and fruity C-hops. Body has plenty of toasted cereals but with only a touch of honey and caramel, this is a clean crisp semi-dry body. Hops have the front seat here, this is almost unbalanced. Hops signature is leafy, citrusy with dried fruits notes and a touch of orange peels. This is dangerously drinkable. 10 minutes and the pint was gone. Yet another promise I can’t keep for very long.
