Verre de 12 oz dégusté à la brasserie. Arôme: Odeur d’houblon et de céréale. Apparence: La couleur est dorée avec une très faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col crémeux et d’une large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’houblon et d’ananas. Longue durée de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement huileuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Présence, en arrière goût, d’une amertume qui s’estompe tranquillement. (Rating #596)

Golden amber ale with a lacing off white head. Sweet caramel aroma with notes of clovers and grass. In mouth, fresh ground malt with chewy nuts, and lingering British hops. Medium bodied. Quite lovely. On tap at BP August 12, 2006.

Cloudy amber-orangeish hue, with a frothy white head, the nose is one of grainy cereals, earthy pale malt, wet hay, fruity note of grapefruit, hint of green apples, with a flowery hops aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a grainy raw cereals character, with a citrusy accent of grapefruity and lemon, hint of green apples, herbal note, flowery hops fruitiness, leading towards a juicy floral hops bittering finish.
