UPDATED: FEB 2, 2006 NIce wheat beer!, first Mexican beer of this style I like, althoug with that sour flavor as an aftertaste in every beer of this company. Very bubbling.

Floral aroma. It was appropriately cloudy for a hefeweizen, the head was yellowish-white. It was a little bit sweet for me given what style of beer it is. The aftertaste was bready and slightly bitter. The waitress said she thought it was 5% alcohol, but she couldn’t remember for sure.

Cloudy amber body with white head. Aroma is medium sweet, orange, candi sugar, cardemom, wheat. Taste is moderately sweet, orange, candi sugar, some banana, cardemom. Watery light body with light carbonation. Seems more a wit a Hefe.
