Ultra clean and linear, Hides the alcohol very well and indeed looks much more like a full bodied IPA. Buzzy green fruits combine well with a terrific broadness across the palate. Very balanced.

330ml bottle from Stewarts Wine Company 030714. Big flowery hop aroma. Hazy and murky in the glass with some sediment when poured from the bottle. Very flavoursome in the mouth with an almost musk flavour.

Det här var en en riktigt god sak, smaken var fruktig och fin med toner av sassafras och grapefrukt. Kroppen var fin och balansen likaså.

A lot of yeast sediments in this one, big ones, floating around, surprising for De Proef. Straight forward grapefruit, a lot of it on the nose, not that much on the taste, got a very nice mouthfeel which is very dry and refreshing.

Shared small bottle at Cardinal. Muddy golden body with a white film. Salty hops, mango syrup, spruce shoots and nektar on the nose. Pungent salty, aromatic, bittersweet. Full bodied. Long pleasant finish.

Pours hazy amber with a fading head. Nose shows piny, resinous and minty hops along with a fair bit of sweet clean malt. Enticing. Some floral hops later and a little lychee. Flavours are fruitier but still show some herbal and piny hops too. Loaads of sweet malt, a little over the top. Carbonation could be higher.

Bottle. Orange hazy body with medium to high creamy white head. Aroma has a fruity basket, pineapple, grapefruit, light honey, citrus, touches of caramel, mango. Taste has high citrus bitterness with fresh honey, light caramel, sweetness, little bit astringent grassy in the after taste. Pretty balanced. Body is full, high carbonation.

Caramel, orange, citrus, grass and pine in the aroma. Yellow with a white head. Medium sweet and medium to heavy bitter. Medium body with a average carbonation. Overall a good DIPA with some warming alcohol.
