Pale hazy, almost yellow, creamy white head. Smells of grass and tea, some light malts. Light malted taste, some sweetness, quite drinkable. Then the finish comes with a bitterness explotion. Super hoppy with tones of grass, and some hints of zests and resins. Very east coast style

Hazy yellow of color with a yellow head. An aroma of citrus, grass, grapefruit and nice hops. A flavor of citrus peel, grapefruit, grass and dry finish.

From tap at the Ølkonsortiet staff party. Aroma is hoppy with notes of melon, citrus, grapes, grape fruit, honey, malts, biscuit. Taste is nice and balanced, very bitter, but balanced from the sweet malts. Notes if grape fruit, honey, orange, a bit of pine, very bitter on the palate. Another nice hoppy beer from the man, the legend.

On tap at Cocney pub, Aarhus. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is grapefruit, floral, hop. Flavour is pine, grapefruit, flower, hop, peaches. Nice beer.

From tap@Schouskjelleren, Oslo. Shady gold colored body. Low dense off-white top. Rich hop aroma; Oily and resinous, grapefruity and peach-scented. Taste is substantially bitter. Pine and resin in the lead, also a mellowing citrus- and tropical-fruity hop flavor. Medium, fairly sweet malts in the backbone. Quite rough on the palate. Lingering bitterness in the finish. A solid no-nonsense DIPA.

Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Perfumed fruity hop aroma especially of orange peel and peaches. Fruity hops also dominate the flavour with orange and grapefruit. Extremely bitter with a bit of grapefruit pith harshness.

[9/29/11] Mahleket Hanikot Shotrim ’11 tour. Draught at Plan B in Copenhagen. Clear golden. Hoppy aroma of pine needles and some grapefruit. Very bitter hoppy flavor, resinous and piney with some grapefruit. Medium-bodied.
