From tap@Schouskjelleren, Oslo. Shady gold colored body. Low dense off-white top. Rich hop aroma; Oily and resinous, grapefruity and peach-scented. Taste is substantially bitter. Pine and resin in the lead, also a mellowing citrus- and tropical-fruity hop flavor. Medium, fairly sweet malts in the backbone. Quite rough on the palate. Lingering bitterness in the finish. A solid no-nonsense DIPA.

Pours hazy yellow with a medium, staying, frothy, white head. Pleasant aroma, lots of resin, apples, citrus, oranges, pine. Medium carbonation, dry and pleasant creamy palate. Flavour is elegant, sweet crisp pilsner malts at first, then heavy hoppiness. Citric sharpness, fairly bitter, green apple zest, peach, grapefruit and pine. Long, very dry and bitter finish. Light warming. Elegant and very drinkable. Yum!
