COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle from Plan B, Copenhagen
Hazy dark amber color; small creamy head. Dusty, sweetish aroma, with a Danish character. Caramel flavor and some darker malts too; a light impression of dirty water; some sugar on the lips. Some more chocolate and dark malts at the end, correct bitterness. Not convincing.

The color is a beautiful, red mahogany and the head is creamy. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, caramel and dark fruits. The flavour has sweetness and notes of roasted malt, dark fruits, citrus, bitter chocolate and it is very harmonic and nice.

larsga (6177) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 9, 2009
Small offwhite head with larger bubbles doesn’t last. Hazy brown body. Mild nutty chocolatey caramel aroma, very harmonic, with roasty notes. Dry-sweet syrupy caramel and earth taste with roasty chocolate notes. Full-bodied. Mild mouthfeel. Dry roasty caramel aftertaste with roasted almonds notes. Faint alcohol and caramelized sugar as well. Very nice. Harmonic and balanced. Powerful, yet drinkable. (0.5l bottle, some wine store in Odense.)

Red color with a disappearing offwhite head. Aroma: hops, caramel, dark fruit, a little alc also. Taste:Sweet, but balanced really good by the hos, and a spicy caramel taste. Some warming alcohol also. I really like it.
