COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Farlig letdrikkelig barleywine vi frigiver alt for ung for typen. Men da vi hos Beerhere ingen respekt har for ungdommen gør vi det alligevel. Heftig humleprofil præget af nyslået græs, grapefrugt og gran suppleret af en mørk maltpræget krop balanceret af tør finish med varmende alkohol. First batch was 9.5%

Pours murky brown with a large head. Nose shows raisins, soft booze, brown sugar, golden syrup, bready malt and almond essence. Awesome! Flavours are a bit of a letdown after all that, but include sweet caramel and golden syrup, hot booze, sultanas and an assertive bitterness. Too highly carbonated.

Renewable white foam. The aroma is the dried fruit and the taste is apricot, peach and passion fruit. Very delicious barley wine with warming alcohol.

330ml bottle. Murky, darkest amber colour with small, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Caramel malty aroma with notes of almond, bitter hoppy overtones, a touch of red berries. resin, marzipan, sugar powder. Taste is emphatically bitter hoppy, cautious hints of red berries, caramel malty basis, a touch of almond, a cardboard touch throughout. Doesn’t address my taste buds.

Bryn brun i färg. Frippe heter Frej! Å doften är bra. Russin å chokla. Smakar choklad å fin sötma, ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

quite a fruity smell from what i can mange through a cold, murky looking dark brown body with a whiteish tan head, quite fruity, maybe plums and redcurrants? very smooth no hint of its ABV.

Bottle @ DØE. Appearance: pours very hazy brown with ok off-white head and some lacing. aroma/taste: caramel, brown sugar, bread, grapefruit and lots of fruity and spicy notes. palette: low to medium carbonation, full body, notable caramel sweetness, average bitterness, medium to long duration and an oily texture. Overall: powerful and tasteful barleywine

Pours dark brown with small head. Aroma: very malty, hoppy, with some caramel. Very typical for a BW. Taste: good balance between sweeteness and dryness, pleasant hoppy palate with some sweet elements. A bit boozy, but not in an unpleasant way. A very nic BW.
