Cloudy dark brown - red beer. Tidy pale cream coloured head. Smooth semi dry palate. Mild carbonation. Mild caramel malt. Rich hops - skunk, bitter pine and a little grass. Trace of citrus. Touch of mint in the finish. Nice barleywine, a little different.

Draught. Reddish golden colour. Bold fresh hop aroma. American hops. Sweet malts, but balanced. Quite nice.

Pours a clearish brown with a small off-white head. Light smells of hops. Sweet and bitter with aromas of burnt caramel malts and plenty of hoppy aromas of earth and hints of broth and cheese. Medium to full bodied. Medium carbonation. Long, bitter finish.

Fläder, toffe, havtorn, citrus, en släng honung och lite bränt socker doftar brygden. Stadig kropp. fin smak. Alkoholen väl maskerad. Trevlig efterbeska. Stådreng!

Det här var en god och intressant öl, smaken präglas av jäst, citrus och äpple. Kroppen är passande och den ligger fint i munnen. Slutsats: farlig wine, den er go!

Bottle. Pours a murky brownish orange with a yellowish/off-white head. Strong, sweet, tart and fat, cheesy hop aroma with fruity notes and a malty backbone. A bit cloying. Warming brings out slight notes of wood. Flavour is fat, tartish and sweet, with cheesy hops, a candy-like touch and notes of liquorice. Liquorice hop finish with a lingering alcohol bite. Overall pretty good, but a bit too much on the sweet, fat side; cloying in the long run. 26.03.12.

Dark brown and hazy. Has an off-white head, medium duration. Heavy malty aroma, caramel, alcohol, faint citrus, solvents. Flavor is heavy sweet starting, light acid, and finish moderate bitter. Syrupy texture and soft carbonation.

Bottle. Hazy amber with minimal head. Taste is sugary, yeast and some caramel. Aroma - overripe fruits.

Draught at Ørsted Ølbar, Copenhagen. Dark brown colour with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour of spice, alcohol, fruit, hops and roasted malt.
