Slutsats: farlig wine, den er go!

NosirIwont (1586) - Aalborg Vestby, DENMARK - MAR 26, 2012
Bottle. Pours a murky brownish orange with a yellowish/off-white head. Strong, sweet, tart and fat, cheesy hop aroma with fruity notes and a malty backbone. A bit cloying. Warming brings out slight notes of wood. Flavour is fat, tartish and sweet, with cheesy hops, a candy-like touch and notes of liquorice. Liquorice hop finish with a lingering alcohol bite. Overall pretty good, but a bit too much on the sweet, fat side; cloying in the long run. 26.03.12.

yngwie (9175) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - OCT 29, 2011
On tap at Ølfestival 2011. A clear, amber colored beer with a small, dense, beige head. Resiny and piney aroma, pineapple, some alcohol and a sugary maltyness blends in. The flavor is very bitter, and has a nice sweetness trying to bring some balance. Full-bodied, lightly warming and astringently bitter, as well as almost sticky on the palate. Bitter finish. Well, probably too bitter, but nice anyway. 110527

Smell is intense and quite spicy with black pepper, red chili, lemon balm, nettle, lemon zest and alcohol. Taste is spicy with cayenne pepper, bell pepper, grapefruit and soup stock. Mouthfeel is creamy. Finish is quite spicy and lingers for quite some time.
