COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Some say that Fat Cats are lazy, but when dinner is served, they are quicker than the you should think. Me for instance. When I smell the floral delicat Nelson Sauvin hop and get the mouth full of caramel malts in my mouth -I know not to expect more from that category. It´s pussy juice -as good as it gets. For both homosexuals and heterosexual with a taste for refined stuff. Mouth lickingly good.

Bottle. Lots of hay cereal dust caramel notes. Haze amber with nice head and some body. An abrupt bitter finish with some harmonic sweetnees. I am sold, this malty beer kick ass. The hops are on retreat!

Amber color, dark, hazy, with a big head. The aroma is wonderful, powerful, green, flowery, with some white sugar. The body is weak, the mouthfeel is very dry, there is a strong flavor of dry caramel, thinning at the end, with surely a good hopping, but also a metallic touch. Strong but boring final. The lack of maltiness is a big limit of this beer.

Hazy red color; small creamy head. The hop aroma is so massive that I love it more and more every time I try it; explosive and sharp fruity oils, of sour grapefruit, very strong passion fruit, light cheese. The body is quite thin, with quite good caramel and mostly toffee flavor, with strong bitterness and still pleasant fruits, even if not so much as for the aroma. The final is citrusy, but shorter than expected. Refreshing and satisfying beer.

Hazy amber color; persistent creamy head. HUGE grapefruit aroma, pungent, persistent; I can’t recall something so powerful; in the long run it gets some farmhouse touch too. It has a medium-weak body, but with good mouthfeel, extremely soft, almost like whipped cream, with caramel and toffee flavor, dry, missing sweetness, getting almost harsh, with a powerful hopping and strong bitterness, with medium resins and strong citrus fruitness, grapefruit and lemon peel over all. The final is good, maybe weak, as expected, considering the low gravity. Great hop juice.

Tasted 2010-05-07. Sample at festival. Pours semi clear, amber. This beer seems dominated by gummi bears and hops. Very interesting and quite tasty.

Fantastisk session beer.

It is hazy, almost unclear orange-brown and the head is lasting and creamy. The aroma is nicely hopped, very aromatic with notes of citrus, fruit, pine – very appealing. The flavour has a light sweetness with loads of fruity notes like mango, melon, citrus, but also pine and loads of caramel. It is incredibly refreshing and aromatic, well balanced and I’m a sucker for beer with lots of flavour and an ABV lower than 5%. A truly nice beer!
