Bottle. Amber haze. One finger foam. Plenty of fruity citrus grapefruit aroma. Quite bitter. The Rye malts are somewhat hiding in this brew. Maybe its present in the medium body. A brew to my heart.

25.04.2012. On tap at Henrik øl og vin. Amber brown colour with white head. Malty aroma with large amounts of hops. There is so much hops in this one that it almost gets grassy! Very nice hoppy flavours combined with nice malt. Notes of green apples. Lasting bitter aftertaste.

dreadnord (317) - Castel Volturno, ITALY - APR 19, 2012
Pours golden orange with a small white head that recedes quickly to bubbles around the edge of the glass. Nose is heavy pine with some grapefruit notes. Not smelling much of a malt presence. Taste is underwhelming. Mild bitterness from start to finish. Mouthfeel is crisp and clean. Light body with a long aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500ml Bottle: Got in trade from stobbe74; THANKS Soeren! Aroma of hops, citrus, some pine, grapefruit, slight malt, and a hint of lychee. Poured orange in color with a small, creamy, off-white head that greatly diminished but lasted throughout as a film on top of the beer, as well as around the edges. Cloudy. Lightly sparkling. Full of small, medium, and large-sized particles throughout. Ok lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet and medium bitter. Tastes of malt, slight salt, hops, light pine, citrus, a hint of lime, resin, and wood. Medium body. Quickly oily, then dry texture. Average carbonation. Medium bitter, slightly sweet, malt, hop, pine, citrus, grapefruit, resin, wood finish is dry.

brugmanneke (81) - GERMANY - FEB 25, 2012
(50 cl bottle) Pours a reddish amber, hazy colour. Off-white head. Aroma piney and a little grassy hops, orange peel, licorice, toasted malts, and a touch of vanilla. Bitter and medium sweet, but altogether well-rounded. Strong malty backbone. Good, though not very subtle.
