Bottled (Beer Hunters, BB 09/2010). Clear amber color, small off-white head, some lace. Strong hoppy nose: resin, trpopical fruits, pine, at least Nelson Sauvin in it? Medium-bodied. Bitter, ryeish-bready hoppy flavor. Nicely balanced brew, especially if you like hops!

MY DANISH RATING # 1000. Tap @ Carlsens Kvarter. Pours cloudy orange with a creamy white head and lacings. Nose has a massive amount of hops. Lots of pine and peach. Taste is hoppy as well but some rye and malts pops up. Very crisp and also quite extreme. One dimensional and perhaps a bit out of balance - but pretty damm tasty. Crisp and smooth. Long bitter dry end. Nice.

Bottle. Hop o‘ the mornin’ to ya!!! Aroma is candy-like hops in the vicinity of the glass (reminds me of an ice pop I had when I was a kid); citrus and pine hops in the glass with notes of berries lurking in the background. This is the best damn hop aroma I’ve ever encountered; not just a lot of hops slammed in yer face (although there is a lot of hops slammed in yer face), but nicely balanced between the candy-like hops, the citrus and the pine. The pour is a slightly hazy, deep golden amber with an off-white head. Good lacing. Flavour is sweetish with bitter pine hops. Not as balanced as the aroma; more smack in the face-like, but still pretty nice. Lingering massive bitterness in the finish; a bit liquorice-like. Faint fruity notes. Remote notes of apple appear as it warms. Hopfix indeed – I’m hooked!!! 20-07-09.

Dark amber looking with a small sticky off-white head that leaves a bit of lazing behind. Aroma is hoppy, fruity, sweet and inviting, fairly green and fresh. Flavour is similar with more sweetness, a smooth mouthfeel and a biting bitter aftertaste with light lingering sweetness. Solid IPA with a aroma that promises just slightly more than the flavour delivers.
