50cl, new Danish brew Anno 2009, thx to MadsNP!, complex bitter brew, yet very easy to drink, balanced, hazy, small head, good brew, but expensive

29-OCT-2010, bottle @home, from "Superbest". Golden/orange with white head. Lovely aroma of fresh hops. Taste is even better. Very much on the flowery side, but ends in fine bitternes. Watery mouthfeel, but apart from that a wonderful brew.

UPDATED: MAR 30, 2012 Hazy light amber with a small beige head. Nectarine and pine aroma with some citrus. Slightly cheesy yeast note that really doesn’t belong at all. It’s there and stronger in the taste too, under sweet nectarines pears and more citrus than pine. Rather watery. Some bitterness at the end. BB 6/11, but this didn’t travel at all well (a shame, because HopFix sure did). [2.3]

Growler. Hazy golden amber with a white head. Aroma of grapefruit, nectarines, caramel, pine. Sweet with stone fruit and a fair bit of caramel; grapefruit and pine return to the fore in a fairly bitter finish and there’s a little harshness there. The off yeast flavours from last time are absent, but there’s a doughy yeast note that is odd - stops the beer from being too watery, but doesn’t quite fit.

500mL bottle. Pours hazy dark gold that mostly clarifies as it warms, and a small head that settles out fairly quickly. Floral and fruity hop aroma with a little malt backing. Mild sweetness, even milder bitterness, some fresh fruity and floral hop flavours present, subtle and delicate. Light-medium bodied, soft carbonation

Bottle@Olympen. Pours a hazy amber with a creamy offwhite head. Loads of tiny bubbles rising to the surface. The aroma is deliciously fresh citric hops, tropical fruits, a slightly odd herbal note. It’s hard to pick out any sort of malt character here at all. Very juicy and fresh. A short flash of fruity sweetness before a moderate citric hop wave cleanses the palate. Finishes semidry. Body is light, but not all too thin, carbonation is soft, but lively. Drinkable, refreshing and tasty. Could have had a little more fullness bodywise, apart from that this is good.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber with cream coloured head. Big hop US style hop aromas of grapefruit and peach. Unfortunately also a really off aroma aroma that I couldn’t identify. Became somewhat off putting. Flavour wize some sweet malt followed by a nice resiny hop finish. Mouthfeel was on the watery side. Unfortunately couldn’t get paste the off aromas though,
