COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. Easy to drink american pale ale. Lots of citrus and grape. A little too one dimensional and tart.

(Bottle) Pours golden with a medium off-white head. The aroma holds nice citric and piney hop tones alongside toasted, white bread-like malt. The nose is also floral and tiny herbal. Maybe a whisper of red berries and kiwi. The flavour is light sweet and medium bitter with tones of citrus, pine, red berries, herbs, flowers and toast. The mouthfeel is clean with a light crisp carbonation. Floral and mild citric finish. Light bodied. Nice!

50 cl bottle, bought at Ølkonsortiet, Aalborg. A bit hazy golden color, fine off-white head. Aroma is very hoppy. Flavor is very hoppy, some spices, citrus, fruit (mango-like). Moderate bitterness in the finish. Very nice, but a bit thin and watery due too the low alcohol.

Medium white head. Hazy yellow body. Citric fruity aroma with oily notes. Bitter dandelion and fruit taste with wooden resiny notes. Mid-bodied. Dry citric resiny aftertaste with dusty notes. Quite nice, but the hops dominate too much. (0.5l bottle, Gammel Strand Øl & Vin, Copenhagen.)
