COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Sampled@Københavnske Øldage 2009 and enjoyed from tap@Lord Nelson, Kbh. A mostly diminishing dense white head upon a hazy, yellow golden body. Intense fruity and floral hop aroma. Loads of passion fruits and apricot, a superfresh fruit bomb! Also a whiff of fresh citrus, grass and faint evergreen. Taste is fairly dry and light to moderate malty. Bold fruity hop bitterness in the flavor as well, added by some more sharp and resinous bitter tones. Properly light-bodied. Utterly crisp in the mouth. Finishes on the bitter side, sharp fruity and light resinous. Deliciously fruity with high drinkability. The perfect summer treat.

Pale golden-brown body with only a circular edge at the top. Aroma of late citric fruits. Variety of well balanced citrus fruits in flavour with succulent oranges in the front. Dry hopped ending. Medium bodied and rounded texture. Refreshing summer bite. (100ml on tap at The Copenhagen Beer Festival 16.05.2009 and 220ml on tap at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen 18.05.2009).
