COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale Hops unite the best from the American and British traditions in ale brewing. With a complex malt profile and a solid foundation of floor malted Maris Otter barley malt, this beer is intensely spiced with some of the most expressive American hops.

Light amber in color with a pungent aroma of grape fruit, hay and oranges leading to a smooth palate with light breadiness and slight sweetness balancing the hops bitterness, which lingers in the back of the mouth.

Ingredients: Maris Otter Pale malt, Wheat malt, German and British caramel malt, Belgian Special B dark caramel malt, Amarillo, Centennial, Simcoe and Chinook hops. American yeast. 40 IBU.

Aromen på den här ölen var alldels ljuvlig och en lysande inledning på en bra öl. Smaken bar toner av disktrasa, grape och en dov fruktighet, kroppen var i minsta laget men balansen hittar jag inget att klaga på.

Pours hazy amber with low white head. Aroma of citrus, pine, light tropical fruit, grass. Taste is fruit rather than malt sweet with a light but present hoppy bitterness. Body is light and slick with soft carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Poured a slightly cloudy reddish amber with a thin white head and lots of lace. The aroma is rich and hoppy leading to a medium bitter, spicy hoppy, rich flavour. A gorgeous ale!

[4/30/13] Draught at Mikkeler & Friends in Copenhagen. Clear amber color with a beige head. Pleasant fresh hops aroma, citric, tropical and slightly "green". Bitter hoppy flavor, pretty dry, with a pleasant lingering finish. Medium-bodied. Good stuff.
